My creative interest lies in interconnection, the intimate relationship we have with the elements particularly air. Living by the sea in the West of Ireland provides inspiration and nourishment on a personal and professional level.
I was a pioneer in Ireland in creative wellbeing, a social entrepreneur and now an emerging artist. Recent innovative projects include; creative breath consultant for Minding Me 2024 RTE jnr children’s series, team member on the first collaborative project with Creative Ireland, Irish Hospice Foundation and the HSE, creative team member for Ireland’s first Social Justice School Flag.
I am registered as a professional artist with Visual Artists Ireland, and a member of the Interface Inagh (science and art) community, Connemara. I have recently secured an art studio at The Custom House Studios, Westport for 2026/27.
My first solo interactive exhibition Land and Language/Talamh agus Teanga was shown at the Linenhall Arts centre and Westport Town Hall Theatre in 2022. It will be exhibited at Connemara National Park in Sept 2025.
My work has been shown at the Cairde Arts festival, Sligo, Mayo Artist’s Show and Connaught Collage Collective, the Linenhall, Castlebar, and the Clifden Arts Festival.
